Time Out, Self-Exclusion and Player Bans

TIME OUT AND SELF-EXCLUSION

TIME OUT

Ladbrokes customers can take a 24-hour break from gaming at any time. The 24-hour immediate exclusions can be applied by clicking on the respective links available while playing or here. Once the time-out period expires, the account will reopen automatically.

SELF-EXCLUSION

Players can exclude themselves irrevocably in OASIS, either directly with the RPDA (Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt) or with us by filling in the self-exclusion form here:

Self-exclusions in OASIS can have minimum periods of 3 - 12 months and affect all associated operators on a national level.

They will be in place indefinitely and will not be automatically reopened unless the exclusion is lifted with OASIS.

Please note that during a time-out or self-exclusion period, customers will not be able to deposit funds or play. Also, they will be excluded from targeted commercial communication.

Player Bans

Indefinite OASIS exclusions of vulnerable players, which are applicable across all licensed operators, can also be requested from the RPDA (Regierungspräsidium Darmstadt) by gambling providers and third parties (like relatives or partners). Such Oasis exclusions have a minimum duration of 12 months.

They can be initiated by us whenever we have clear indications of an existing risk of gambling addiction (based on data available to us or based on verified reports from players or third parties).

Parents can also make use of parental control software like Cybersitter and NetNanny to block access to gambling sites.
